Hi friends! 

My name is Christina and I am the Head of People and Culture for North America and New Zealand here at Katana! 

I have been with the company since early 2020 (19th Katanaut! 😱) and have had the pleasure of watching us scale and grow. 🚀

Here are some of my favorite bits about Katana that I'd love to share with you! 

  • We have a come as you are authentic culture. Be you, quirks and all. 
  • Come with all of your ideas, passions, and aspirations. There is plenty of room for that and then some! Plant yourself and grow with us! 🌻
  • Get ready to laugh! 😆 We all work extremely hard and have super high standards, but we also know how important balance is and we let our hair down, too.
