Who we’re looking for
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead in our advertising campaigns. As a member of our growth marketing team, you will play a key role in Katana’s user acquisition efforts. You will work with several internal stakeholders, such as our brand and product marketing teams and our marketing agency, to plan, build, and execute advertising campaigns to drive high-quality leads to our sales team.
The ideal candidate we are looking for is an experienced professional in the world of digital advertising. Working closely with our marketing agency, you will be responsible for executing strategies that significantly increase our user acquisition and enhance our presence across multiple ad platforms such as Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and software review sites (e.g. G2 and Capterra).
Your typical week would include:
- Developing targeted marketing campaigns to reach our Ideal Customer Profile and deliver qualified prospects to sales.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute impactful marketing initiatives across various channels.
- Design, plan, and manage comprehensive ad campaigns in collaboration with our marketing agency, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy and business objectives.
- Utilize your expertise in media buying and digital advertising to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve KPIs.
- Lead the charge in expanding our reach across various advertising channels, employing a multi-channel approach for maximum impact.
- Keep up with the latest trends in digital advertising and user acquisition, applying innovative tactics to keep Katana at the forefront of the industry.
You’re the perfect fit if you
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience working for a digital agency or in-house at a B2B software company on multichannel user acquisition campaigns.
- Strong experience in demand generation and acquisition funnels.
- Proven track record in successfully managing large advertising budgets across multiple channels, planning and implementing budgets, and tracking results.
- Strong project management experience and an ability to lead projects from conception through completion while working with multiple stakeholders.
- A firm understanding of campaign and media planning.
- Excellent analytical abilities to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in the B2B SaaS space or with ERP/Inventory Management software is also highly advantageous.
- Are knowledgeable about industry trends and best practices and hungry for continuous experimentation and advancement.
