Who we’re looking for
A Senior Product Manager is an experienced expert who guides the frontend team through the entire product lifecycle, from its inception to market launch and beyond. As visionary leader, you spearhead discussions on ease-of-use topics, define the product strategy, drive innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to life. The Product Manager for the frontend team simplifies the process of deploying user interfaces for Katana teams and their ecosystem allies, providing the essential components, infrastructure, and methodologies needed for creating and delivering exceptional web applications. You will partner with front-end engineering and design to form a leadership triad. Your mission will be to make a world-class design system.
Your typical week would include:
- Led frontend team the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, for multiple products within our portfolio.
- Define product strategy and roadmap internal teams research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Work closely with the design team to create an intuitive and user-friendly product.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and iterate on product improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams toward common goals.
- Stay informed of the latest design systems thinking, engage with the broader community, and bring valuable findings back to the team.
You’re the perfect fit if you
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Have previous experience in B2B software, SaaS, or technology-driven industries.
- Possess a demonstrated history of successfully scaling product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for ease of use topic and frontend technology with a customer-centric approach to product development.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to apply them to create seamless user experiences.
- Deep understanding of product management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
- A passion for raising the product craft bar and driving best practices throughout the company.
