Since 2017, we've given manufacturers worldwide a live look at their business, uniting all the processes and tools they use with intuitive and easy-to-use cloud manufacturing software. Our customers range from hobby makers to multi-million-dollar manufacturing businesses. To date, we have raised over $51 million in funding from VC firms and angel investors who, like us, believe the manufacturing software space needs more love.
Our customer base is growing rapidly; the same goes for our product. We're launching new features and updates every week, and there's no plan to stop anytime soon. This is where you come in.
Who we’re looking for
As an Implementation Manager, you'll join our dynamic Implementation Team and oversee the onboarding of new clients, guiding them through the process with tailored plans and support. You will manage around 30 accounts, interacting through various channels like video calls and emails, and work closely with the Sales Team to seamlessly transition new deals.
Staying updated with Katana’s features is essential for understanding and addressing client needs effectively. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to dive into the vibrant world of manufacturing and develop a unique portfolio across multiple industries.
Your typical work week would include
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process.
- Develop personalized onboarding plans and host meetings.
- Act as a liaison for both internal and external processes.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team.
- Address and resolve customer issues in collaboration with the product and engineering teams.
- Participate in team meetings to refine internal processes.
You're the perfect fit if you
- Experience with complex SaaS platforms such as CRM, ERP, MRP, WMS, Fulfillment, or e-commerce.
- Customer-facing experience, preferably in a consultative role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software like HubSpot and basic Microsoft Office functions.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

The compensation listed is just one aspect of the comprehensive rewards package for this position. The salary range will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, relevant abilities, and equity.
Compensation: $75,000 CAD - $81,500 CAD annual
